Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your SurgeryNav account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Simply email our support team and we will take care of the rest.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@surgerynav.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Please send the request from the email address registered to your SurgeryNav account, or include that email address in your message so we can locate your account.
3. Our support team may reply to confirm your identity before proceeding. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
4. Once verified, we will delete your account and notify you by email when the process is complete.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Your SurgeryNav account will be permanently closed and you will no longer be able to sign in to the app.
• Your profile and personal information will be removed from our active systems.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law, for example health records that must be kept for a period defined by federal or state regulations, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Account deletion cannot be undone.
